  Always an awesome experience at Burger Craze... On New Years day.. Great staff my server Kenny always provides great service. Marco is always greeting us and making us feel so welcomed. I appreciate the warmth and professionalism at this place makes me want to always come back... :)

  My fiancee and I came here. Seemed like a nice place. They had a party so wait for food was a little longer which is understandable. Completely understaffed, took 10 minutes just to get the menu and check. Food is highly priced with very small sizes and portions. Unfortunately it was not the best experience.

  Mediocre burgers with too large a menu to choose from. We came last time for drinks and we had Jeff as our bartender and he's great. But had mike this time and he's just got a bad attitude, and bad service.
  
  Was told that Everything is frozen from the fries to veggie patties, even the chips touted as house-made are not.
  
  Had gluten free bun on one burger, was very dry and crumbly, whole burger fell apart. Was unenjoyable.
  
  Salad was unimaginative. Cajun fries were good, but not worth the trip.
  
  Definitely prefer charm city burger,
  You can have avocado, hash browns, eggs - anything added to your burger.
  Simple to order and affordable with better flavor.
  
  DO NOT RECOMMEND.
