  You have to walk through a crowd of some of the most unpleasant POS in Deerfield Beach to get into the store. Old perverts and one smoking old woman. No one wants to walk through cigarette smoke just to get some coffee. They need to change this seating arrangement asap!!!!

  Nothing bad about it but a lot of bums sit out front of the store. The workers are very nice. One gave me13 instead of 12 in a box of a dozen.

  Worst customer service skills I've ever encountered. The staff was completely rude. When asked to speak to the manager a petite woman came out named Stephanie , she was EVEN WORSE and basically told me there was nothing she could do about my moldy food , told me find another location and simply walked away. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. On top of that they have very friendly roaches that crawl throughout the donut case while your ordering. Worst AND I MEAN WORST experience at a Dunkin' Donuts location ever. I'll stay with my location on federal even though it's a further drive.
